BOOST sales with version 2.0

We are delighted to announce that we will be rolling out version 2.0 of our popular BOOST product from Monday 22nd May 2023.

Since the turn of the year BOOST has been a huge success across our client base, especially in the telecoms and TV/Media sectors.

So what's new?

This latest update gives companies the ability to not only target visitors to the website by individual contact channel (Chat, Voice, Messenger etc), but also by visitor type, device and product area too.

  • Meaning if you want more acquisition sales, then set BOOST to target new customers

  • If its upgrade/renewal sales you need, then adjust BOOST to target those visitors instead.

  • Do you want to drive more traffic to web chat? then BOOST that particular channel.

With such flexibility the possibilities are endless, and will really help organisations to take control of their contact channel strategy.
