The Challenge
ICA Försäkring wanted to improve online conversions for its car insurance product while keeping incentive costs under control. After seeing success with targeted incentives in its home insurance category, the company set out to test whether a personalised approach could deliver the same impact for car insurance — driving more sign-ups without offering universal discounts to every visitor.
Solution
Now Interact implemented a targeted Smart Offers campaign on ICA Försäkring’s car insurance pages. Using data-driven audience selection, only selected visitors were shown an exclusive incentive of 250 SEK credited to their Stammis loyalty account upon purchasing a new car insurance policy.
