Skellefteå Kraft partnered with Now Interact to explore how personalised, well-timed incentives could increase online sign-ups for electricity contracts. Using Smart Offers technology, A/B tests were conducted to compare the performance of targeted offers against a standard customer journey.
The tailored incentives were delivered to specific audience segments identified as having lower conversion probability, with messaging and presentation optimised for both desktop and mobile experiences. The initiative showcased how intelligent automation and customer insight can drive measurable improvements in acquisition without relying on broad, one-size-fits-all campaigns.
