The Challenge
Ticket wanted to increase online booking conversions through more personalised customer experiences. They partnered with Now Interact to test whether targeted incentives could drive engagement and sales uplift among lower-converting visitor segments.

Solution
Now Interact deployed its Smart Offers technology to test the impact of personalised incentives on booking behaviour. Using data-driven targeting, select visitors were presented with a tailored offer that included a third-party travel-related incentive, designed to enhance engagement and encourage conversions. A control group continued through the standard booking journey, enabling a clear measurement of uplift.
